Minor Earthquake Early This Morning.


A few calls this morning from Dayton Mountain, Tellico Plains, Athens, and Turtletown reporting the early morning earthquake that "Sounded like a big truck" and "Lasted for about 30 to 40 seconds". In many cases a quake isn't audible unless it's magnitude is over 4, but I suppose underlying rock layers could make the difference in this case. Anyway here are the details:
